Made to Order: All our fabrics are sustainably made to order. Due to this process, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. We appreciate your patience as we create your unique pieces.
Returns: We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. As such, we do not accept returns on any items unless they are faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@thehallowedhouse.com immediately with your order number and a description of the issue.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
